Prime Sentia replies to contact form messages within one business day.
Use this page when you want a person at Prime Sentia to reply — not the self-serve free AI Visibility audit. The form is for partnerships, research collaborations, custom audits, and Generative Engine Optimization questions that need a written answer.
Prime Sentia is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) research and engineering lab founded by Luis Oleart. The lab builds tools that help brands understand and improve how they are represented across AI-powered search, answer engines, and LLM crawlers. The free audit is the right starting point when you only need a scored look at how answer engines currently describe a brand. This contact form is for work that needs a person: a scoped audit, a research conversation, or a partnership.
Send your name, a work email, and a short message. We use that email to reply. We get back to you within one business day.

Who this form reaches
Messages go to Prime Sentia, the GEO research and engineering lab behind geo.primesentia.ai. The lab was founded by Luis Oleart. Its public methodology is pre-registered on the Open Science Framework and validated across more than 2,000 sites. The empirical layer uses 16 pre-registered on-page signals; the broader audit scores 39 GEO citation signals across four Generative Engine Friendly (GEF) dimensions — Accessibility, Extractability, Authority, and Citability — plus agent-readiness checks.
The evidence layer on this hub cites seven public-source entries from Adobe, Bain, Princeton, OpenAI, and Google. Where proprietary client results are not published, the site says so instead of inventing case-study language. That same rule applies here: this page describes how to contact Prime Sentia and what the lab already publishes about its method. It does not add unpublished commercial terms.
The about page is the identity layer: founder, lab, and the public counts (16 pre-registered signals, 39 GEO citation signals, seven evidence entries, six agents). This contact page is the intake layer. It does not duplicate the about biography. It exists so a partnership, research, or custom-audit request has a person on the other side of a work email.
If you are looking for the commercial AI Visibility service rather than this methodology hub, the offer lives at primesentia.ai/ai-visibility. This form still reaches Prime Sentia; say in the message which site or engagement you mean.
Free audit versus this contact form
The free AI Visibility audit is self-serve. You enter a website or domain and a work email. Prime Sentia sets up a free account and opens the auditor with the brand pre-filled. Use that path when you want a scored look at current retrieval, citation, and representation — without waiting for a person to triage a message.
Use this contact form when the work is not a self-serve snapshot. Typical reasons, already listed on this hub: a partnership between organizations; a research collaboration around GEO measurement or citation-readiness; a custom audit of named brands, sites, and engines; or a GEO question that needs a written reply rather than a dashboard.
Answer engines in scope on the methodology pages include Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Bing Copilot. You do not have to name every engine. If a custom audit should focus on a subset, say so in the message.
What to put in the message
- 01
Your name
The form asks for a name so the reply can address a person. A full name is enough.
- 02
A work email
Prime Sentia uses the work email on the form to send the reply. Personal catch-all addresses make it harder to route a partnership or research thread.
- 03
What you need
State the reason in the first sentence: partnership, research collaboration, custom audit, or a GEO question. For a custom audit, include the brand, the site or domain, and the engines you care about. For research, include the study, dataset, or question. For a partnership, include the organization and the collaboration you have in mind.
Custom audits and GEO work
A custom audit is not the same artifact as the free snapshot. Prime Sentia GEO treats GEO as a structured operating model. The public methodology describes six stages: brand identity extraction and context mapping; external visibility plus onsite citation-readiness; standardized brand context; prioritized AI visibility actions; a phased 30/60/90 execution roadmap; and task-level implementation guidance.
The outputs of that protocol are a brand visibility audit, a citation-readiness assessment, prioritized AI visibility recommendations, a 30/60/90-day execution roadmap, and on-demand task-level implementation guidance. A custom audit conversation is about whether that protocol should run on a named brand and which URLs and engines matter. It is not a request for unpublished client scores.
The shorter public workflow on the GEO explainer is four stages: Discover (standardize brand context), Audit (measure AI Visibility), Recommend (rank the fixes), and Plan (build the 30/60/90-day roadmap). The six-stage protocol on the methodology page is the same operating model with more named hand-offs. A custom-audit message does not need to pick a stage. Naming the brand and the problem is enough.
Generative Engine Optimization is the practice of structuring brand content, entities, and proof so AI answer engines retrieve it, cite it, and represent it accurately. Answer Engine Optimization is the narrower, answer-focused slice — being selected as the direct answer. Prime Sentia treats answer-readiness as one dimension of a broader citation-readiness audit. If your question is about AEO versus GEO, say which surface you mean: direct-answer slots, or retrieval and representation across the generative surface.
Research collaborations
Prime Sentia publishes a pre-registered observational study of on-page GEO signals and their association with AI Visibility (LLM citation rate) across a stratified sample of 2,000 websites. The study design, variable definitions, and analytical plan were registered on the Open Science Framework on 19 April 2026, before data collection. The DOI is 10.17605/OSF.IO/XCG7J.
Research collaboration messages should name the study, dataset, or question you want to explore. The lab does not invent joint-publication claims on this page. If you are citing the OSF registration or asking about the 16 pre-registered signals versus the 39-signal production rubric, say which layer you mean.
Architecture on the about page: six agents across four audit phases, with provenance on outputs. That is the public description of how work is attributed. A research thread that needs a human reply still starts with this form.
How Prime Sentia measures citation-readiness
Generative Engine Friendly (GEF) is the measurable degree to which a page or brand can be accessed, understood, trusted, and cited by generative engines. The GEF Score quantifies that property on a 0–100 scale from the page itself. It is a predictor of AI Visibility (citation rate), not a record of past citations.
Four weighted dimensions make up the score. Accessibility (20%) is a gate: AI-bot access, HTTPS, server-rendered or static HTML, valid JSON-LD, correct canonical, sane robots. Extractability (30%) is whether content can be lifted as atomic passages: a direct-answer paragraph early, a regular heading cadence, length and reading level in band. Authority (25%) is E-E-A-T plus verifiable author and entity identity. Citability (25%) is whether the page carries citable units — FAQ or HowTo structured data, definitions, statistics, named entities.
Sixteen of those on-page signals are pre-registered. The production audit also scores 39 GEO citation signals across the same four GEF dimensions, plus 22 agent-readiness checks. If a custom-audit message should emphasize one dimension — for example extractability on a set of URLs, or citability of FAQ schema — name it. Prime Sentia will not invent a score for a URL that has not been audited.
GEO does not replace SEO. The GEO explainer states the split: SEO targets ranking in a list of links; GEO targets citation and accurate mention inside a generated answer. They overlap on crawlability and quality. A contact message that is really an SEO retainer question should say so; this hub is the GEO methodology layer.
After you submit
The form posts to Prime Sentia's canonical contact endpoint and returns you to this page with a confirmation when the message is recorded. Prime Sentia replies within one business day to the work email on the form. That is the public timing claim. This page does not publish a phone number, a postal address for walk-in intake, or a chat widget.
If you already ran the free audit, include the domain you submitted. That lets the reply connect the message to an existing brand profile instead of starting from a blank name. If you have not run the audit and only need the snapshot, use start-free-audit rather than this form.
Prime Sentia GEO is the methodology hub of Prime Sentia Inc. (Delaware, USA). Last-updated dates on this site are page-level. The contact page's dateModified advances when this copy changes. For the legal terms that govern use of the hub, see Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What can I contact Prime Sentia about?
Partnerships, research collaborations, custom audits, and questions about Generative Engine Optimization. The form is for work that needs a reply. The free audit is the self-serve starting point for a scored visibility snapshot.
Who is Prime Sentia?
Prime Sentia is a Generative Engine Optimization research and engineering lab founded by Luis Oleart. It builds tools that help brands understand and improve how they are represented across AI-powered search, answer engines, and LLM crawlers. The methodology is pre-registered on the Open Science Framework and validated across more than 2,000 sites.
What does a custom GEO audit produce?
Prime Sentia GEO engagements produce a brand visibility audit, a citation-readiness assessment, prioritized AI visibility recommendations, a 30/60/90-day execution roadmap, and on-demand task-level implementation guidance. A custom-audit message should name the brand, site, and engines in scope.
Does Prime Sentia measure Answer Engine Optimization as well as GEO?
Yes. Answer Engine Optimization is the answer-focused slice of GEO: being selected as the direct answer. GEO covers retrieval, citation, and accurate representation across the generative surface. Prime Sentia treats answer-readiness as one dimension of a broader citation-readiness audit.
Where is the commercial AI Visibility service?
The commercial AI Visibility service is described at primesentia.ai/ai-visibility. This contact form on geo.primesentia.ai still reaches Prime Sentia. State in the message whether you mean the methodology hub or the commercial service.
What is the GEF Score?
The Generative Engine Friendly Score is a 0–100 measure of how accessible, extractable, authoritative, and citable a page is to generative engines. Accessibility, Extractability, Authority, and Citability are the four dimensions. Sixteen on-page signals are pre-registered; the production audit also tracks 39 GEO citation signals. A GEF Score is computed from the page. Ask for a custom audit if you need that protocol run on named URLs.
What should I include for a research collaboration?
Name the study, dataset, or question. Prime Sentia's public empirical foundation is the pre-registered observational study of 16 on-page GEO signals and AI Visibility across 2,000 websites, registered on the Open Science Framework on 19 April 2026 (DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/XCG7J). Say whether you mean those 16 pre-registered signals or the 39-signal production rubric.
